Pam Chaney brings over four decades of industry experience to her role as Office Manager at Goodwin Petrilli Financial. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Pam has made Fort Collins, Colorado her home. She joined Goodwin Financial Services in July 2001, following a successful 19-year tenure with MetLife Insurance Company, where she served in various administrative and branch management roles in Colorado Springs, Greeley, and Fort Collins.
In 1993, Pam earned the ACS Designation (Associate in Customer Service) from LOMA, a prestigious organization that provides training and services to operations management in the insurance and financial services industry. This achievement underscores her commitment to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
Outside of work, Pam enjoys traveling and is actively involved in charitable activities. She is proud to have a daughter, Megan, who resides in Chicago.
